This offer is open to individuals who reserve a qualifying home between 20th March and 31st May 2026 on selected plots only.
Eligibility:
Open to all visitors to the development, who select a card from the hamper.
Qualifying homes are subject to change.
One card per visiting party. One incentive per reservation.
Incentive Contents:
Incentives may include upgrades, cash contributions, or vouchers.
Specific incentives may be subject to separate terms and conditions (for example, vouchers) which must be adhered to.
Campaign Period:
Cards can be selected up until 31st May 2026.
Once selected, incentives must beredeemed within 8 weeks of selection unless otherwise stated.
Redemption and Restrictions:
Incentives are not exchangeable for cash, except where explicitly stated in voucher terms and conditions.
The card must be presented at the reservation appointment for the incentive to be valid.
Colour choices, finishes, orother specifications for upgrades may be limited by the stage of construction.
Incentives may only be used on selected plots.
Incentives cannot be used inconjunction with any other promotion or offer.
General:
The promoter reserves the right to substitute an incentive of equal or greater value.
By participating, visitors agree to these terms and conditions.
If the reservation is cancelled or the buyer fails to complete the purchase, the incentive will void.
The use of the incentive may be removed if exchange timeframe is passed.
This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
6 months mortgage paid*
- This offer is open to individuals who reserve a qualifying home between 26th December and 31st March.
- Qualifying homes are subject to change. Currently available on plots 10 and 12 only.
- Eligible customers will receive the agreed financial contribution towards their mortgage, upon successful reservation of a home within the promotional period and legal completion of a home.
- The incentive will be paid as a cashback upon completion and the value of this incentive is capped at 11,130, based on:
- Plot 10 - borrow 95% so £380,000 over 35 years on are payment basis, 5 year fixed rate at 4.74% payments approx £1,855/mth and for a 2 year fixed at 4.55% the payments would be in the region of £1,810/mth. This is assuming a products with a £999 fee.
- Plot 12 - borrow 95% so £346,750 over 35 years on a repayment basis, 5year fixed rate at 4.74% payments approx £1,695/mth and for a 2 year fixed at 4.55% the payments would be in the region of £1,655/mth. This is assuming a products with a £999 fee.
- These are one worked up example on current rates and workings available at the time, each scenerio for each person will vary and a finiancial qualifaction will need to be achieved.
- The agreed value of incentive will be based upon a financial qualification with our suggested mortgage expert.
- The final agreeable amount will vary per plot that is eligible and will be agreeable prior to reservation.
- Incentive agreed subject to mortgage lender conditions.
- The Incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
